Work Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Associate Investment & Financial Planner plays a critical role for our client by supporting both its investment research and implementation efforts while understanding the firm’s comprehensive financial planning DNA.

As a Christan Financial Planning firm, our client believes financial planning and investing are acts of stewardship—helping clients wisely manage God’s resources in ways that reflect their faith, values, and calling. Their investment process is designed to support long-term financial goals while honoring biblical principles, fiduciary responsibility, and thoughtful risk management.

This role is ideal for a planning-minded investment professional — someone who enjoys research, portfolio construction, and implementation, but who also appreciates how investments fit within the broader context of a client’s financial plan. The Associate Investment & Financial Planner works closely with lead advisors, planners, and operations team members to ensure portfolios are implemented accurately, monitored diligently, and aligned with both financial objectives and faith-based values.

  • Assist with documentation of portfolio workflows, procedures, and checklists
  • Identify opportunities to improve investment-related workflows, reporting, and system usage
